Ships were driven by wind power long before energy definition

Renewable energy is what we think today when speaking of wind power, but just few hundred years ago this mighty invisible force was used for discovering new worlds.  The World’s economy, as we know it today, was formed by ship’s sails and human curiosity.

There was no electricity, there were no engines but only the power of the winds. These winds that our ancestors caught and used for their needs have not changed though they were forgotten for a long period of time when the dreams of humans were tight with digging. Now we start a new era of exploration of these resources and step by step we start to discover a new world of independence. Curiosity of our grandfathers is changed into need for comfort of their grandchildren but the winds keep blowing and now we use them to discover new worlds.
